I have been trialling a new Pro Metabolic weight management formula from the wellness brand, “Feel”. Here is my honest review. My Weight Loss/Fitness Journey
Most of us have struggled with our weight at some time or another, following some new diet plan or other, losing a few pounds, here and there, then regaining them, again. A few years ago, I was overweight and unfit. So, I decided to change my unhealthy way of eating to a more healthy sustainable diet, for the long term. The motivation to make these changes came because I simply wanted to feel and look like my old self. I remember the relief when I finally gave myself the push to change direction.
I knew this would take a while and over the following months, I managed to lose weight, going from over 12.5 stone at my heaviest to 10.12. This took time. It wasn’t easy. Since then, my weight has fluctuated from 10.10 to 11.2. I’m 5ft 6in and this weight feels right for me. I have been using Feel Pro Metabolic for four weeks and I have lost 2.5 pounds – which is within the normal healthy amount to lose in that time zone. Not only am I very pleased with the weight loss but these supplements have provided me with other benefits, too!
As I’ve hit midlife, I suffer from poor digestion regarding certain foods and this formula seemed to help settle this, resulting in less bloating.
The supplements also made me reassess my daily food routine and realise I was slowly slipping into old habits. This routine simply reigned in my growing winter appetite, making me more aware of the need to plan ahead when food shopping – helping me avoid unhealthy options.
My weak moment in the day is early afternoon when I’m craving something calorific, causing me to gain a few pounds.
